This company was founded in 1985 to serve the international market. This initial objective was attained successfully in a short time thus in 1990 the company has undergone a thorough improvement in its physical and nonphysical facilities aimed at serving much large area: Asia. In a couple of years the second objective was also fulfilled satisfactorily, most EUROPEAN countries have been accustomed to regard ANKY Leather Wears as the first brand for leather Gloves. In 1998 ANKY Leather Wears has expanded its horizons to serve non-EUROPEAN markets, reaching out to other continents: Australia, Canada, Africa, and even to the heart of the world high-class Leather industry: AMERICA. The timing has proven to be just right time to anticipate the flourishing of the industry of leather for gloves. From 2001 ANKY Leather Wears has certified Quality Management System for ISO 9001:2015 & Environmental Management Systems for ISO 14001:2015.
COMPANY PROFILE
Since 1985 we specialize in manufacturing fine quality leather gloves to export, especially to European Countries, Our products are CE certified. The well-experienced designers have designed various types and shapes of gloves. Some 200 different designs are shown in this catalogue. We have around six hundred skilled employees to expedite the export orders to different countries. They work in the capacity of different following sections.
Leather Quality Test Section:
The section consists of 10 skilled persons who keenly check and sort the leather pieces to be used in the manufacture of gloves.
Cutting Section:
Consists of 150 skilled persons who recheck and cut the leather by die cutting machines with a minimum wastage.
Stitching Section:
We have 300 stitching machines, which run in full swing eight hours a day-six day a week. The labours are so skilled; out of 300 each person daily stitches 100 pairs of gloves accurately of any particular design and size. We use fire resistant thread, which increases the glove’s fireproof properties besides imparting strength & quality. Particularly for fire fighting persons & those who work in furnace, boilers and welding plants etc.
Quality Control:
We are ISO 9001: 9002 Certified and we are very much conscious about the quality, and that’s why this department plays very important role in our success-we have twenty quality conscious persons looking after the department. They check each and every glove by all means-and rejects any minor fault or mark the glove if repairable without distorting the shape, design or quality.
Designing And Research:
This department is rarely found among the competitors. But we feel dire need of this department to expand our market throughout the world. We have highly paid ten persons experimenting different designs to improve quality, life and reduce the price of the products.
Packing Department:
Usually exporters hire packers services, but we have a team of twenty skilled labours packing gloves resisting different weathers facing during transit.
